Measuring 8.54” in overall length and featuring a 3.55” blade, the Ultratech Gen IV is crafted from 6061-T6 aluminum, secured with Torx screws, and equipped with an upgraded glass breaker. The new generation Ultratech features our Crud Kutter™, and Dual-Fuel Drive Train™.

Honestly, I chose this knife over the Benchmade infidel. I don't have a lot of personal metrics to go on, but right out of the box, it felt good. My only critique is a personal preference, and more of a'me' issue.The thumb button that engages the knife blade is some kind of composite, and not aluminum, and I'm sure this was by design, along with all the other design features that make this knife exceptional and I'll get over it. The blade is so clean and crisp. Sometimes the cost does not always match the quality. I thie case of theULTRATECH GEN IV D/E BLACK FULL SERRATE TAN (11224-3TA),I feel like I have an exceptional knife at a premium price. Thank you.
