Only the BEST

My work-life started in a Kitchen where the Chef brought his set of knives and no one was allowed to touch them. J.A Henckel and Wusthof names predominated my early career. Now, as a physician and pathologist most of my knives are single use scalpel blades. I carry a new ZBP UTK, a combat tradoon or my halo VI. These kitchen knives are among the sharpest I have seen out of the box. They are also so cleverly crafted that they look like art, new art. My go to knives are Wusthof and the wooden handles get worn from the inevitable dishwasher cycles and they need sharpening daily when being used. I have used a steel on one of my new microtech knives and it came right back to a razor with a few swipes. I could not be happier with this set.
