Absolutely the best folder I've owned, including Emerson's, Strider's, and Zero Tolerance. Build quality is second to none. Tolerances are amazing yet it opens with ease and stayed closed when it should. So impressed I ordered LUDT, and it won't be my last purchase.
I had an original Socom Manual back in 2000. I ended up selling it and regretted it after. Decided to get one of the new Socom Manual Elite. It is just as high quality as the original with the improvement of the grip tape inlays over the original rubber. Well done. Haven’t had a Microtech yet that wasn’t first rate quality.
This knife is seriously impressive. The build quality is rock solid, the blade came razor sharp, and the action is super smooth. It feels great in the hand, well-balanced and easy to grip. You can tell a lot of care went into the design and craftsmanship. Honestly, it’s the best folder I’ve owned. Highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates a USA made quality knife.
