The MSI, or Microtech Standard Issue, is the latest in our collection of manual folders. Designed for heavy-duty use, this piece combines utility and style. The blade is made of M390MK Steel, which was produced especially for Microtech, and the handle features a RAM-LOK Bar Lock and our Iconic X Button on both sides. The black high strength polymer handle contains hardened steel liner plates, which gives the knife its rigidity. Complete with a titanium backspacer and reversible pocket clip for left-hand carry.

Beautiful color, razor sharp, and incredibly smooth action. This was my first Microtech and it will definitely not be my last!
Quite possibly the strongest sharpest knife I own. Easily in my top three knives of all time. 5 stars all the way around, but minus .05 stars for intermittent lock stick. Maybe I will try a little baby powder where the lock meets the blade?
This is an awesome blade it is sharper than the lady in red! I have a video up on YouTube @ PEW_morebain!
Microtech knives are one of my favorite brands. I have 3 MSI, an amphibian and ldut all are great knives. Just need to add a stitch at some point. And the military discount is one of the best. I have autos and manuals and use them. Great knives!
