As the flagship model of the Microtech® OTF lineup, the Ultratech® sets the standard for Out The Front technology. Proprietary design allows the firing spring to be at rest in both the open and closed positions, drastically reducing wear on the internal firing mechanisms. The contoured chassis handle provides a light and ergonomic feel and comes in a smooth, flat finish.

It needs to be made a bit better overall quality is good.
As I have always wanted to carry an Ultratech on duty in a patrol capacity as a LEO, I finally got a chance to buy one! So far, I have carried this knife every shift, rain or shine, while on patrol. Not a single issue deploying or retracting the Ultratech, and the edge retention has been amazing!
I can’t wait to save up and purchase more Microtech OTF knives!
