KITANICA FLEECE BEANIE W/ CLAW

The beanie itself is high quality, well-made, and fits perfectly. However, Microtech really dropped the ball on the shipping presentation. It wasn’t even wrapped in a protective plastic bag inside the box, leaving it vulnerable during transit. Also, for a premium brand, it’s disappointing that they didn’t include a single sticker or extra item in the package. Great gear, but the customer experience could definitely be better.
