The Dirac is our first dual action knife with a cover firing slider. We designed an updated ergonomic chassis with curved lines similar to the HALO for a slightly different feel compared to other handles. We researched this particular OTF design and applied our signature ultra-high tolerance Microtech features such as proprietary hardware, innovative internal mechanism, and glass breaker. With an overall length of 7.25 inches, the Dirac is just right for an everyday knife.

It’s a bit small. My fault for not being better informed. I knew it was smaller than the Ultratech. It is well built, and a high quality product. The Dirac is definitely holding up the Microtech quality standards.
