Beefy! First and foremost I love the rounded spine. The knife is proper in the sense it is long and heavy duty which sounds weird for a boning knife - but this is a perfectly sized boning knife, to me a boning knife is the best all around knife for the kitchen so I immediately fell in love. They don’t highlight the sheath enough - it’s really cool and velvet lined. Overall perfection!
