We are prioritizing genuine warranty repairs so we may better serve customers who need immediate attention with time sensitive issues. Examples of general service requests (cosmetic) that are not accepted at this time are:
- Interchanging of hardware or blades
- Adding serrations to blades
- Worn blades
- Worn hardware such as screws, glass breaker, pocket clip.
