Due to COVID-19 closing, we will no longer be accepting RA requests or returns. Our last day of business prior to temporary closure will be March 27, 2020. We will make every effort to ship knives until then. If your knife will be leaving our facility by March 27, 2020, you will be notified by a customer service representative. Any packages currently in transit will be processed by the carrier according to their protocols. Upon reopening, we will work diligently to process existing repairs, and address any questions or concerns with our customers. You can contact our customer service department here.
